Solving social problems by distributed  human terrain operations / P.S. Sapaty // Mathematical Machines and Systems. – 2015. – N 3. – P. 30 – 43.

The Human Terrain (HT) concept was originally introduced in military for a possible reduction of the loss of lives in international conflicts by appropriate work with local population, like taking into account its peculiarities and needs. In contrast with geographical terrain, HT deals with social, ethnical, cultural, religious, also economic features of human groupings. Considering the HT ideas productive and timely, we are extending their use beyond traditional military areas – for solving diverse social problems, both national and international, using the developed high-level networking ideology and technology. The latter allows large distributed spaces, HT including, to be analysed and impacted by their dynamic coverage with intelligent infrastructures providing global awareness and goal orientation. V
.V. Semko // Mathematical Machines and Systems. – 2015. – N 3. – P. 44 – 52.

This paper proposes a method for calculating the areas of guaranteed control dynamic object by using a mathematical model, which is invariant to the vector of external disturbances of the physical space of movement. The mathematical model can be reduced to a system of algebraic equations under the conditions of some assumptions. Vector of solutions resulting system of equations is invariant with respect to external disturbances moving object management environment that allows you to determine the behavior of a dynamic object is running by ergatic system under certain conditions of its functioning, as well as in solving the problem of the conflict. The ability to transfer the control object from one state to another by performing a sequence of actions defined in the reachability management space while ensuring full control. Fig.: 1. Statistical stability of random processes / I.I. Gorban // Mathematical Machines and Systems. – 2015. – N 3. – P. 100 – 111.

The violations of statistical stability of random processes with respect to the average and standard deviation (SD) are investigated. The dependencies between the parameters of the statistical instability with respect to the average and SD with the correlation moment of the random process are obtained. For a random process, power spectral density of which is described by a power function, the conditions of violation of statistical stability are clarified. Figs.: 5. Refs.: 13 titles.

Economic cluster in perspective of correlations between value balance and world globalization / N.M. Vnukova, O.M. Vaschenko, Ye.L. Perchyk // Mathematical Machines and Systems. – 2015. – N 3. – P. 126 – 141.

The advantages of the cluster are considered in perspective of coordinated control of financial resource flows. It is shown how even in the simplest system of two participants static correlations of value balance, without having special restrictions, reproduce sufficiently meaningful variants of negative scenarios. In setting of the value balance, the phenomenon of instability when small parameters perturbations of the system of linear algebraic equations inadequately affect on its decision was demonstrated. During the description, the setting targets for further researches were scheduled. Refs.: 19 titles.
