The methods of non-iterative learning of the neural networks on the basis of the pseudoinverse algorithm is considered. Estimates of the attraction radius are given and the method of desaturation of the sinaptical matrix, providing a 2-3 times assotiative memory volume increase is decided. A new method of the memory dynamic reneval and the ways implementation of hybrid systems are considered An experimental data on using non-iterative learning by image recognition and adaptive data filtration are given. The problem of the modeling of the stress-strain state (SSS) at a bend of the composite beam is resolved by methods of computer algebra. The mathematical formulation of the method of account of a SSS is given with using generalized functions. The set of received expressions is considered as the structure, the hierarchical levels of which are ordered concerning operation of replacement. Opportunities of the system ANALYTIC have allowed to develop the programs, which automatically form an obvious kind of expressions for parameters SSS on the basis of the information on geometrical and mechanical properties of the beam. The accuracy of common estimates of hydroacoustic signales frequency-angle parameters with complicated antenna motion in the space / Gorban I. I., Volkovetsky S. P. // Mathematical Machines and Systems. - 1998. - N 2 . - P.39-44.
Common frequency-angle selectivity of space-time signal processing (STSP) systems in conditions of complicated antenna motion is developed. The program package for model research is created. It was used to research common frequency-angle selectivity of STSP systems for plane array. When amplitude of periodical components of antenna motion is essentially higher than sizes of antenna, an accuracy of common frequency-angle estimates of signal parameters rises significantly. Acceleration of antenna motion exerts a positive influence on accuracy of common estimates too, but in less degree than periodical components. Tabl.: 1. Figs: 7. Refs: 22 titles.

Multicriterial mathematical model for seeking optimal operation modes of reservoirs cascade with using water supplying and ecological criteria is developed. For every from modeling the algorithms are given, allowing to simplify their fulfilment. The described algorithms are software realized. with using model the numerical experiments for seeking optimal operation were done on real data for seeking optimal operation modes of Dnieper reservoirs cascade. The analysis of images unsharp masking methods which used the image enhancement of the quality was carry out. Conditions for low effectivemess methods of this class was shown.
