A review of а number of latest achievements in the area of military robotics is given, with main demands to management of unmanned systems formulated on the basis of their analysis. The IPMMS-developed Spatial Grasp Technology, to a great extent satisfying these demands, is briefed. Directly operating with physical, virtual and executive spaces, it uses high-level military mission scenarios self-spreading and covering the controlled systems in a super-virus mode, dynamically setting up their local and global behaviour. A hybrid algorithm of the Runge-Kutta 4-th order method intended for the solving of initial-value problems in systems of ordinary differential equations (SODE) has been developed and investigated. The paper deals with problems related to program implementation of algorithm on multi-core computers with graphic accelerators. The results gained during program implementation and testing of algorithm on multi-core computer with graphic accelerators Inparcom are presented; acceleration and efficiency coefficients for the proposed algorithm are determined as well. Base positions and basic principles of scheme realization the units of distribution program are offered for the PIM-system with the use of FPGA, presented as DP1adapter (Distribution Program) to the computer. The flow diagram of adapter and constituents of its blocks is developed in a base CAD (computer aided design) of Xilinx with attachment to the distribution algorithm of the program of user offered by authors and to the proper his entrance and output signals. Methods of selection of informative zonal images under the classification of hyperspectral satellite images / S.I. Alpert // Mathematical Machines and Systems. – 2015. – N 2. – P. 40 – 48.

In this article we considered and analyzed different methods for selection of the most informative and most useful spectral bands. It was considered Fisher criterion, its modifications and criterion function of information capability of spectral bands. It was proposed a new method to select spectral bands as well. This method** **is based on the concept of new modified criterion function of information capability of spectral bands. In this work we considered some examples using these criterion functions. It was shown, that the proposed new modified criterion function of information capability of spectral bands has advantages and gives more accurate results than other methods. Refs.: 15 titles.

This paper discusses the business center at the university as a mechanism for the transfer of new technology to industry. There are four types of tools proposed for IT-companies, among which the construction of models of competence. The concept of a competence model Start-Up and Spin-Off companies is formulated. An algorithm of a model of competence forming for Start-Up-companies is developed. It includes: mathematical modeling of the process of learning through cognitive maps, thus optimizing the process of formation of competence; detection algorithm list of the most sought-after competencies based on the method of paired comparisons; assessment of competence at the current time using features such as the level of formation of competences, the level of contribution to the discipline of competence, loss of competence. The work is dedicated to check of “heliocentric” hypothesis, according to which a significant part of forest fires caused by solar flares. The most important factors of the solar activity (including time delay) that cause forest fires were found in the study. The functional relationship between the characteristics of solar activity and the number of forest fires in the United States using fractal analysis and hybrid neural networks was develop. In the presented algorithm the attention is focused on the stage of construction of invariant logic and linguistic models and their direct impact on the calculation of the percentage of coincidences.
