A new approach of fragment encoding of the halftone image, which has been applied, not as usual, on a plain surface but on a regular surface. This approach is actual in the sense of the majority of found images are applied on the surfaces, which can be considered as a plain surfaces only nominal. The structural scheme of the expert system in the context of the automated control system for the preparation of the executive plan of agricultural work for the field, that is cultivated a culture, has been developed. The paper shows that reliability of results of simulation of the physical objects, which discrete model is described by a system of the linear algebraic equations (SLAE) depends not on poor-conditioned matrix but on an incorrect choice of variable SLAE at generation of equations stage by a node potential method or its analogues, and the method is a special case of a method of correct statement of a problem. It was suggested the check-out method on a correctness of SLAE, made by a node potential method, having nonsingular and a symmetric matrix and if it is necessary its transformation to a correct form.
